We now also offer a third choice, direct wholesale practitioner pricing, where the practitioner can order single or bulk items at wholesale through our LadytoBaby.com site and have these items delivered to their office for redistribution to their clients. With practitioner pricing the item must be sold and shipped to the practitioner directly. The practitioner store link can be found on the home or index page of this site. The other two programs are described below.

1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM (public welcome). A fully automated 24/7 opportunity for online web retailing. For anyone who would like to receive credit for sales generated that originate from your web site or web page. Plus earn additional residual fees and bonuses for recruiting new affiliates. Simply join our program and place a link, as provided through our program, on your web site or web page or even attach it to your e-mail. Our third party affiliate manager will track each lead you send us. Each sale generated from your leads will earn you a credit. Accumulated credits are paid out on a monthly basis by the affiliate manager. Natural Methods takes care of the rest. 2. PRACTITIONER WEB SITE PROGRAM- FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO OFFER A WEB PAGE TO THEIR CLIENTS. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This program is for practitioners and health professionals. This web site program is not for the public. This program works by offering practitioners a generic information rich web site dedicated to specific product groupings. Practitioners can save time and still earn a reward by directing their clients to this site. The site is offered in both a USD or CAD dollar format. Store currency is controlled by the domain used to access the site. The domain also controls the product groupings you prefer. We currently offer one product grouping, with several others currently in development. To learn more about future product groupings call our office at (519) 941-7008. The domains we provide to you for use with your clients will be based on the domain and index page you access to sign up to the program. These domain details will be e-mailed to you after you register. As an example of how this works let's use the access for the LadyComp, Pearly and BabyComp products. For those products the following domains would be used with your clients. www.fertilityawareness.us for USD pricing or www.fertilityawareness.ca for CAD pricing. Both sites require the buyer to identify their referring representative or practitioner. Each practitioner is responsible for providing their own clients with information about what to enter on the site when they are prompted for their "representative" identifier on the screen. To assist your clients with this step we suggest:
   Download our "How To Order Data Sheet" that can be printed and handed out to interested clients, so they can take it home and reference the instructions when prompted for their "representative" identifier.
   
   The How To Order Data Sheet includes:
   • Basic Instructions on how to order and the ordering process.
   • Domain Name web site address where they go to research and order
   • Your Representative Identifier. Write this in before photocopying. Includes your last name and customer ID number.
     • The name should be the same name you registered with. If you are operating as a business, use your business name.
     • The customer ID number will be generated and emailed to you separately as a confirmation and acceptance of your registration.

   The Representative Identifier will appear on the completed order we receive internally. Commission credits will be issued according to the identifier on the order. Credits are sent out monthly via PayPal to your email address, with a minimum $110.00 payout balance required for processing. Practitioners must have a Paypal account to receive payment. A service fee of $10 will be deducted from the balance owing for each payment issued. This amount is required to cover administration costs related to time spent gathering data, calculating commissions and processing payments. PayPal will also charge a separate fee for each payment you receive. To save on fees please join as an affiliate. The affiliate manager may charge their own check fee. Generally their fees are less expensive because their system is fully automated. Natural Methods has no control over the affiliate fees charged by the affiliate manager.
   
   Clients of practitioners who wish to process their own order must do so through the practitioner site(s). If the client is unwilling to use the internet then we recommend that the practitioner order the item wholesale from the practitioner store with delivery to the practitioners office and the client can then pay the practitioner and pick up the product at the office. Practitioners can mark up the item as much or as little as they wish. Please refrain from asking your clients to phone us with their order, unless you do not care about receiving a credit for the sale. Too many problems can arise from clients not identifying a practitioner or not having the correct details. Natural Methods Inc wants to make sure you receive the credit you deserve.
   
   REGISTERING FOR WEB SITE USE IS FREE FOR ALL PRACTITIONERS & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. Health professionals please follow this link to register free of charge. Practitioners will receive an automatic email response from our system. To avoid having this email end up in spam, please add distributor@naturalmethods.com to your safe or white list. Upon receipt of this response you may immediately start directing clients to the site for research or to place their direct delivery orders. Use your full name and phone number as a temporary identifier, until your customer ID number is issued (allow up to 48 hrs excluding holidays). Natural Methods Inc reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions if proof of credentials are not provided upon request.
• ORDER FINANCING OFFERED ON PRACTITIONER WEB SITE
Order financing is available O.A.C. to all customers for single unit orders. Product leasing is also available. This means that practitioners who use the web site have an improved opportunity to earn commissions as there is a greater chance that your client will make a purchase.


• COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Commission's are issued for completed payments only. Commission amounts are based on fixed rates of percentage. For financed and lease purchases, commissions will be based on the amount of the first payment.


3. *NEW*- WHOLESALE PURCHASING FOR PRACTITIONERS & HEALTH BUSINESSES. Products may now be purchased wholesale by practitioners and health food stores using the practitioner store. There is no minimum order quantity. You can order just one item if you wish. Shipping is extra on every wholesale order regardless of the dollar value and taxes are extra where applicable. Registration is required to access the store. Quotes for larger volumes of 10 or more on some of our items can be requested by phone. Payment terms are C.O.D, prior to shipment payable by credit card or money order, unless otherwise agreed in writing and recorded on your file. Orders paid by personal or business cheque will be held for 10 days from deposit date unless there is a credit agreement in place. Natural Methods Inc reserves the right to insure any shipment ( usually larger volumes ) without prior notice at the customer's expense. Signature will be mandatory on all shipments.
